This is definetly worth doing, I signed up for a begineers week and went almost every day, the first time was hard (I used to be fit and healthy…) but after I cut my hair short Io found things easier and towards the end of the week I was concentrating more on my hjeart rate and breathing than on the heat. One thing I would say is that you loose a lot of fluids and salts – drink some gatorade or something an hour before going.

I’ve decided I need to read LESS not MORE. The weekend is almost over – what did I do? I’ll tell you, I read three books…nothing wrong with that except it means I wasn’t using that time to achieve the things that really matter to me in life.
