It's all about stress

I went on a 2-week holiday this year – the first ever in my adult life – and I haven’t bitten my nails since. That was the start of May and it’s now September. It’s so weird having to use a nail clippers!!!
My advice is, ease yourself in gently. Don’t go for all the mad squishy stuff straight off the bat. Also, there’s plenty that doesn’t involve fish at all – my boyfriend won’t eat fish, but he loves our local sushi bar, especially chicken maki.
