beyond macaroni and cheese, spaghetti and learn how to shop for foods other than something you nuke for a few minutes. I can cook a mean shrimp creole and jambalaya thanks to my mom but most of her wonderful recipes died with her. So did her scrumptious fudge recipe…she really did know what Like Water for Chocolate meant without reading the book! P.S. Real Cajuns don’t “blacken” food, just fyi. (smile)

Well, I’d be quite rich. It’s the middle where I sag (hmmmm, kinda like my bod (smile). I have so many great titles in mind and ideas for a book, but it’s the actual writing where I kind of get blocked. LOL But I am determined.
