I started this goal last week and I am doing the Couch to 5K program at CoolRunnings.com. Three times a week I run a certain amount. It is going good so far and my brother said he would run a 5k with me in the end of July. By the end of July I WILL have this goal met. Then I would like to run a 10K then a half marathon. Those are my long term goals.

Drinking is Fun

I like drinking, but I hate waking up the day after, especially when I don’t remember much and when I look at my bank account to see how much I spend. I decided I want to stay sober for 1 month. I want to still go out, but just take it easy. So I’m going to stay sober from today (Sept 24) until Oct 24.
I just realized that this month includes my birthday…. ouch.
