The Big 2-1 came with a few extras... 2 years ago

Going out regularly has not been the greatest thing for my waistline… it seems that within the past year, my weight has increased a considerable amount. I hate that feeling. I want to be confident in what I’m wearing and feel good about myself. This includes eating foods that are healthy and make my body feel great…exercise regularly… and reap the results! I can do it..I have before, it’s just getting motivated to do so… AND, I’m definately feeling the motivation right now. :)
