dropping coffee seems to have helped

20 days I have quit coffee and sugar and I feel like I have a calmness in me. The only time its been hard is when I have a headache, which I sometimes seem to get.

Like the other posters its frustrating to not have it seen that I have managed to not lash out. But then he says I don’t notice when he tidies up, only when hes messey ;-)

sick of eating too much and feeling so bad latter. Wish I really enjoyed the food. Maybe planned days off will help?

I had my tongue done years ago but I am still scared at the dentists and have to undergo work without anethestic, which isn’t easy if your a wimp!
