What of veggies can replace fish in these instances:
Trout opened like a book and stuffed wth lemon, garlic and rosemary, then broiled.
and…
Asian Salmon with brown rice… I think there is maple syrup in that one…. o.o
Then…
Hot salmon with wasabi, ginger, and tumeric also, rock asparagus.

I’m actually not doing too bad. Hope I can do it. I’m on a new diet… calls for fish. Other than trout and a salmon, its entirely vegan, I’m even eating tofu dogs (ick, btw – unless covered with chili which the diet does not allow.) and other… strangeness. Maybe for now being a vegetarian with exceptions is the best I can do… well see! BUT!! I am doing quite well with eggs and dairy. Haven’t had an egg in… a month? or more? yay! :D
On the vegan trail I kicked:
- dairy
- eggs
- red meat
- chicken
- all unclean animals ie. shrimp, mollusks, dog, etc. (Don’t take offense, its a jew thing.)
Not that I’ve ever eaten dog. gag
All thats left is the fishies…
