....Doesn’t mean I am going to act like a high school cheerleader (although I am sure that I do sometimes) it means really getting into things, it means fully appreciating the things we do every day, even the mundane. Try it for a day. See how much more fun you have and how many people are drawn to your positive attitude and energy!

sometimes i think we miss out on so much because we are afraid. getting out of our comfort zone, whether its talking to new people, bungee jumping, taking a class, asking someone on a date opens opportunities and at the very least we grow more!
