I’ve given myself until the end of this month to spend 43 hours on one of my goals and then report the results.
That goal is to be more attentive to my surroundings, though I expect to tap into numerous other goals in the process.

How I did it: mindfulness, communication, teamwork, respect, drafting and writing, keep main focus one yer own sh't, don't fuss on others' except to let people know how things interconnect and what's the logic of certain processes, allowing others to assume helper roles, less ego and more willingness to be wrong, piping up when necessary, but mostly communication and mindfulness! There is no end to this aspect of one's work, only a continual re-assessm… Read how I did it…

How I did it: I got rid of Internet and TV at home. It was not easy to do this because I was sent to the ether land everytime I tried to cancel service. But eventually I got off line!!!! Wow. Reading, cooking, gardening, staring out the window, daydreaming, believe me I have been keeping busy! Read how I did it…

I did a lot of cleaning, and so although there is a lot to do still, I didn’t have to come home to an entire enormous blue bin’s worth of recyclables because they are now recycled. Yay.
Last night I worked on the guts of the stove (there’s a nasty mess under there) and perhaps that job can be finished off today.
On the down side, at work my desk was tidy when I left, but in the one day I’ve been back it’s heaped again. So it goes.
High on a mountain, every rut in the road down here was invisible from there. Need to keep a hold of that state of mind. So I will!
