I am so happy that my grocery store is starting to carry more and more organic products. Nearly half of the items on my list I can now buy organic. I just noticed that they are also carrying organic whole wheat flour and organic sugar. Yeah!

I can’t believe I have such trouble with remembering to take them. The sad thing is I keep them in my desk drawer at work so I see them several times a day, yet I don’t take them. I must start taking them daily. They make me feel so much better and less tired.
