How I did it: At some point this summer, I decided I should stop pirating my music. This meant I needed to do three things:(A) Figure out what songs I already did legally own,(B) Figure out what songs I had that were legitimately freely given,(C) Go through the rest and whittle the thousands of songs down to the choice few I would then go and purchase.Amazingly, as I went through part (B), I found myself coming across three free songs for every one pir… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I gave into answering the question of what do I want and why... and I want to get to know this person better, and maybe it's only one evening, one dinner, but I really feel like there's a potential for a connection, and maybe it won't happen this weekend, but I do want to know. How I did it: I have a budget written down in excel, so I put an entry for tithing in each month at 10% of what I expect my earnings to be. Up to next April, that comes to nearly a thousand dollars. Each month, I'll decide where the money can best help people and work for God.Specifically, I started by adding some money to my Kiva.org account. Other cash this month will go to a missionary friend of mine, and some to my church as well. Read how I did it…

I should be able to do this when I graduate. Should. I’m trying! Depends somewhat on co-op jobs for the next two summers.
Okay, I have 100 music files left to either purchase or delete. I have them in a folder segregated away from my legitimate collection of now 914 files (assume 900 songs), with about four and a half gigabytes of legally free music sitting on my external harddrive to go through if I ever am in the mood to build my library with goodness.
At the end of each month I’m going into the 100 files and seeing what I want to purchase, and if there are any I’m not wanting to pay money for. So this goal is on its way.
