Over the summer for three weeks, I went on a trip to the British Isles with a student ambassadors group. It was the most incredible experience of my life.
I got the chance to actually see the Irish countryside like I wanted to, and it is just as gorgeous as I imagined. More even.
Anyone who gets the opportunity should take advantage of it. You will never regret it.

get my braces off
Finally!!! 13 months ago

After 2 years, they finally came off.
I’m so happy with my new perfectly straight teeth!
Tons of my friends have come up to me and been all “I can’t get over how pretty your smile is now!!”
Not surprising since only two of my friends have ever known me to not have braces. lol

Still frustrated... 13 months ago

So I actually finally said something to the guy I wanted to talk to. On the last day of school I say, “You have amazing hair.” When I’m going by to talk to somebody. He says thanks politely. But obviously, neither of us has reason to say anything else even if I’d had the nerve to say something more. Because we don’t even know each other’s names (well…I know his, but, for all he would know, I don’t).
So..let’s see…it’s only….3 MONTHS until school starts again.

I’m a sad soul.
The only reason I did that much was cuz my Bio teacher wrote “Go talk to the Hair” in my yearbook. haha (she’s my best friend’s mother also, by the way…so that doesn’t look really weird)
I’m happy I at least did that…but I kick/punch/and mock myself for not being able to do anything more.
and karma hates me because I almost got hit by a car like 5 minutes later.
