I bought two cooking books to make this goal, 200 recipes low in calories and 200 recipes low in fat, so I learned how to cook and also in a healthy way.
I love it.
I’m still doing this, and I hope I can do this for all my life, I feel lighter and happy for choosing a good and healthy food instead of greasy food.
I eat more proteins and vitamins, like meat of cow, chicken, or fish and a lot of vegetables, fruit and yoghurt.

OMG it took me so long to do this, but I finally done this it seems that I would never finish this because I kept doing other things instead of tidy and cleaning my room.
I’m so happy that I finished, I just said I’m goinig to finish this already to do other stuff and I did It, please if you are in the same problem, stop procrastination and just do it, and then you will be more happy because you can move on to other things.
