Well one of my other goals is to practice yoga regularly and recently realized that these goals are intermixed. I found that if I do yoga in the morining it gives me enough energy during the day so that I don’t crave that wonderful cup of coffee. I am still struggling with the withdrawls but I haven’t touched caffine in a few weeks!

Well I think I’ve been doing pretty good at keeping up with my yoga sessions. I’ve held a few lunchtime yoga sessions at work and have also started doing yoga at home in the morning right after I wake up. It’s a bit of a struggle to get my body up so early and then to force it to stretch before it has had a chance to warm up is always a challenge. It takes almost until the end of my session to be able to stretch as far as I usually do during the afternoon or evening. But I find after I do morning yoga I have a ton of energy during the day. I don’t even need the coffee I’ve been desperately trying to give up! I think I will continue to try morning yoga as it seems to have great benefits and also helps me with one of my other goals. I do however plan on trying to keep my co-workers interested in the lunchtime yoga, not only for me but for them as well.
Well I attended new student orientation last Saturday and realized that I am the youngest student in the MBA graduate program. The Dean said that the average age for the program is 38! That is a whole lot older than me at 24. However I won’t let this detour me from my goal, I just hope that I’m not treated like I don’t have enough experience. Class won’t start until March but I am looking forward to it!
