I’ve been gaining weight since I had my one daughter almost 32 years ago. I weighed just over 100 pounds when I got married and was maybe up to 105 then. I just hit 170. This has got to stop! I got a software diary for recording what I eat (this has worked for me before – about 40 years ago!) and have also started exercising. I’m not sure what crystallized the decision to go the other way, but it feels like a real, long-term decision about 10 days after the fact.
I’ve committed to getting rid of 20 pounds. That will take me back to what I weighed several years ago. But I hope not to stop there.
