Just got back from 2 months in NZ with a week of Raro thrown in. LOVED Raro!!!
I went to an open air cinema at the Viaduct in Auckland, to see the premiere of No. 2
No cars though…
I thought I had cracked this one – but stress has reared it’s ugly head again! :(
well I guess I started running, and then promptly stopped! I was doing well but then 6am got dark, and there was a murder in the park I run around. However, maybe I will start again soon!
Did this in Feb 2006, in Kaikoura, NZ. Amazing experience, if a little cold! Highly recommended!
First day of school today – we are doing a 4 week A&E course! Very very busy day and I am knackered now, but this is the last leg of the journey…. never thought I’d get here! Just think, if all goes well this time next year I will be a nearing a month as a doc!
Had to get up at 6.30 this morning to get a run in before my first day of school. The program is longer this week, and I certainly felt it…but! I Did it! Next one on Wednesday :)
I have lost 3 lbs this week, but diet has been hard. I think it is all water loss coz of stopping carbs. Bit dissapointing really since I have been really active, including running 3 times this week. Ah well… plodding on
Well haven’t really bitten my nails at all (ok, ok, the occasional chew on my thumbs). They are looking good. Looking forward to painting them today in time for starting school again tomorrow. I can’t have them too long of course, or the patients will complain!
End of week one, and I have done what I said I would. Went running on Mon, Wed and Fri, managed to get up at 7 even though I was on holidays! Next run is tomorrow morning, slightly longer according to the program. Will have to get up earlier though as start school at 9! Hurray for me :)
I am a good girl you know, still on my hols (for a few more days anyway!) and still got up at 7 to do my run :) Was horrible at the time but feel good about it now :)
Well I seem to have lost 2lbs since yesterday but I think that is just a fluctuation. Still – feels nice though :)
Well today I started! Did the first session of the training programn at girlsruntoo.com. Aren’t I a good girl :)
