How I did it: I was booked into coach, but by virtue of being very patient and kind with the ticket agent when everyone else was hassling her, she upgraded me just before boarding time! WONDERFUL experience...it made all the difference on the flight from the U.S. to South Korea. I’ve chosen to use a beginner plan from RunnersWorld.com I began yesterday and wow! I was huffing and puffing and threatening to blow the trees down, but I was also pushing my kids in a jogging stroller…that’s 80 pounds worth of toddler right there! The added resistance made it all the more excellent for buns and hams though :) I can’t wait to get back out there tomorrow!
