How to compost all organic kitchen waste

How I did it: In Helsinki, if you live in an appartment block, the waste disposal is organised very effectively. At our house, you can recycle organic waste, paper, cardboard, plastic and wood (stuff that can be burn for energy). Glass and metals can be dropped of at the resycling points all over town (for glass anyway, metal ones are harder to find). I think this goal includes a lot of the things I am wishing for.

1) I really wish I had the confidence and was fit enough to do this
2) I would like to do this with somebody important

AND of course, just because everything I know about Iceland and the nature in there seems just so amazing!

Well in 2007, I gave up on this, but didn’t rule out the possibility for doing consulting for them. Well, since then, I consulted them, and since December 2010, I am officially working for them ;-) hey you just never know!
