How I did it
How I did it: Eating super clean. Mostly produce and some protein shakes. I literally went to the grocery store everyday after the gym and picked up the food I was going to eat that day. It usually consisted of a bag of salad with all the fixings in it and then a few other things. I'd get an apple, a banana then a combination of strawberries, pears, mangos, orange peppers and such.
