How I did it: like just about everything: just got on with it... Put my nerves and insecurities to one side and found a publisher on the internet, and off went the manuscript...Waiting for the reply now, but not too eagerly (very hard, that...). Read how I did it…
How I did it: i had to change my diet for health reasons anyway, and quitting coffee was one part of the deal... I cut down to one a day, but noticed i didn't really like it any more, so stopped. Apart from an appalling headache, that lasted one day, i haven't had any problems. Only felt great since... Read how I did it…
How I did it: My mother gave me a sewing machine for my fortieth birthday, and i've found a couple of simple patterns to get back in the swing of things. Just had a good idea, while watching a German (subtitled) soap on Internet – one of my children is learning German at school, and i might as well use his exercise books to teach myself… Also the German people i know will probably be very willing to help out…
