My goal was to lose the ten pounds by Oct 1st. Unfortunately, my body had other ideas. I’ve only managed to lose 5 pounds with a low calorie diet and exercising about 4-5 times a week. I’m proud of myself, and I will continue to maintain my healthier lifestyle. I’m no longer concerned with the number on the scale, and now I focus on toning up.

Understanding Mulholland Drive
I want to feel good about myself, so I’m going to force the boyfriend to watch Mulholland Drive with me_for the umpteenth time! Then I’m going to engage him in conversation, and I’m going to try VERY hard to really understand and appreciate the film. If I gain any valuable knowledge I will gladly share it with you all. I just want to knock this one off my list.
CPR Certification

As I’ve mentioned before, I’ve just become adult CPR certified. Totally worth it ( I actually learned a lot! I can save a life!), and I intend to renew annually. Good luck with this one everybody!
