How I did it: It took a while, using many different products, until I found something that works for me. I tried Clinque's skin care line, many different cleansing cloths and washes, spot-treatments and home remedies like toothpaste, baking soda, and tea tree oil. Some showed good results but never worked like I wanted them too. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I'm not adamant about writing in it everyday, so it doesn't seem like a task. I write when I need to think things through. Some days it seems like all I am doing is wallowing. If it weren't for the reflection that comes with journaling, I would never have found the cause of my wallowing - a cycle of shying away from things and regret. Now I can break that cycle. How I did it: I aimed for an hour of studying and I ended up studying all evening. Now I will have some free time this weekend, and ready for my next goal: "get A on bio test" I think it's important to set small, easily achievable goals as well as big ones so that you don't get fustrated. Apparently I need to study spelling as well. Studiing. pssh. Read how I did it…

I bought the TRIA laser hair removal system for $795. Treatments are really time consuming because the laser head is so small, and you have to do it every 2 weeks for the first 2 months and once a month for 6 months after that. I am looking forward to good results!
I love my apartment! It’s a small flat, but just perfect for me! I decorated it in my favorite color, white, so in the morning when the sun comes in it’s like waking up in heaven. It’s just a block away from downtown, so I can walk to the coffee shop any time, too!
