How I did it: I bought an amaryllis growing kit from aldi and then forgot about it. When I remembered it the Amaryllis was sprouting by itself with no soil or water in the box! So I put it into the soil and hoped my mum would water it while I was in college. She did (she's great like that) and now I have the most beautiful plant!! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I arranged a surprise birthday. Myself and two of his friends met him after college on the day of his birthday and brought him out. It was great. Because we all gave him presents and cards at the same time and it enhanced the amount that I could give ever give him on my own. He really appreciated it too :) Read how I did it…
How I did it: With eggs, milk, cream, caster sugar and a friend who's a chef! We whipped it all together and popped it in the freezer and then watched the SATC box set. It was a great night :) The next morning it was ready and it was totally sinful. But delicious! We need more peanut butter appreciation in Ireland! Read how I did it…

I planted an amaryllis a week ago. Unfortunately I’m only home about once a fortnight from college so hears hoping that it survives and my parents will water it for me!
Will post another entry if I see anything green.
Dad came into Dublin to me this week! Was lovely. I got him coffee and we went to the sony shop and bonded over a mutual love of over-priced electronics. Beautiful.
