Hey i have not steped on a scale since b4 Christmass…and i have not been to the gym in like 2 weeks.. and i just got fiered from a job i really loved.. and my boy friend is going away for 45 days… i am going to start the general motors it can make you lose up to 10-17 lbs in one week.. which i really would love to do.. and go to the gym.. and if i lose any weight.. maybe i will do the diet again.. and then just eat good.. but any who i am starting the gym the same day as i do that diet.. so i will do this on Monday and tell you how much i weight..

I don’t know about you guys.. but i seen to be loseing my diet and exercise grove every now and again… i mean..ever since x mas i really don’t give a rats ass…but reading all of every one entries get me motivated agian.. like other people i noticed.. i myself am going to start again.. on Monday Jan.2nd..to do it all over again..i have not been to the gym in like 1 week.. and i am going to weigh my self on Mond jan.2 as well.. i am despreatly trying to …drink 3L of water a day but it is quite hard.. cuz your peeing like every 2 seconds.. but whatever.. i tryed looking @ skinny actress’s..on the net.. for some thinspiration..and it works.. somtimes.. too…i was also thinking about fasting.. it’s sort of good for you..like in some religions they fast for like a month.. it cleans out your system.. i would only fast for like 3 days..if i possibley could.. witch i don’t think i can do…it’s kind of like starving your self.. kind of like Anarexia.. sort of..plus i have never went 1 day in my life with out eating.. so .. i probley would fail.. but if i decide to do it…i will let you guys know..
i did not smoke any last night.. for the frist time in like 4 months.. so i am going to quit.. cuz i think it makes me depressed.. and it makes me eat to much.. and i would love to see how i feel after like 2 weeks of not doing it.. i bet the gym would be better.. my Asthma would be better.. i won’t be as burnt…my short term memory will not be as fucked.. but i will never every quit quit.. i will smoke it like 2 times a month…just not every day.. cuz now it’s like fuck.. you smoke so much and you dont even get buzzed.. fuck that noise…i want to lose weight .. i know if i stop smoking i will not have the munchies as bad…if i can quit smoking cigaretts.. im sure this should’nt be as hard.. mind you i still smoke when i drink.. but that’s it..i will wirte in next week to tell you how im doing..
