Okay, so I started this today. I am going to make it a habit to write in here every day that I successfully eat no meat. I will consider this goal accomplished when I have gone without meat products for 6 months (although I hope to stay vegetarian for life).
Today I had a Boca burger instead of my usual grilled chicken sandwich for lunch. It was okay, I didn’t like it as much as I’d hoped but maybe it will grow on me. Plus there are always those deeeeelicious all-veggie foccacia bread sandwiches at Java City that I love so much! =)
