How I did it: During my exams period i had a 1,5 litre bottle next to my desk and a nice blue glass for water in front of me. At first i was drinking 1 litre per day. Now i force my self not to go to bed until i finish the 1.5 litre.I realized i had a better skin ( in 2 weeks), however i used my bathroom a lot more...Now i got used to it!Plus, i always accompany my food with a glass of water and not any other drink. I have this really annoying friend who calls me only to feel better when she’s down!I feel like she’s taking all my positive energy and she only calls me in oredr to talk! She’s always anxious and stressed and she tries to make me say that everything is Ok. ENOUGH!
