I am continuing to uphold this motto. On vacation in the Caribbean, instead of being idiotic tourists, we rented a catamaran and sailed ourselves down to the Grenadines. Having family in Martinique also helps avoid looking like a n00b.

Being a traveler is lots of fun.

And it better be worth it because it’s really really stressful. And annoying. I’m applying to three places – George Mason University, American University (both deadlines are on the 15ht which, how conveninent, just happens to be a holiday!), and Ithaca College, deadline Feb 1st.
