exercise regularly
The good ol' days

Sometimes around 2002 or 2003 I started to exercise regularly, mostly weight lifting and some cardio to start and to end every session. I hired a personal trainer who turn out to have abundance of positive energy that can really made you want to exercise. Unfortunately, my bad…, because of work load, after 2 years of regular exercise and 10 – 15 kg lighter, I ‘fell of the wagon’. So, now after I gained back what I’ve lost…:<, I want to start exercise regularly again…..hopefully!

Blame it on procrastination

Everybody who knows me, know that I’m not the best home cleaner in the world….not even in my family. Don’t ask me why I don’t have the urge to really clean up my place… Deep down inside, I want to clean it but my brain doesn’t send signals to my hands and feet to do it. Lately, I started to feel sick about this. So, I made a plan to attack my ‘procrastination sindrome’. I want to clean my place…one area at a time and keep that one area clean until it becomes a habit before moving on to next area. Wish me luck…!



I Want To Learn How To Cook
From boiling water to...hopefully...culinary cuisine....

Actually I can boil water, cook rice, pasta, nooddle and other simple meal…What I lack is the proper way to do those things and I want to have the ability to tell if a meal has been cooked right (is it need more salt, too sweet, need more spice, etc.).
