I’ve been doing the picture a day thing, makes me get out my camera and take plenty every day. Going about 2 months strong.

Not sure when this happened, but we are hovering around 340 or so now. Reducing my posts to just once a week actually helped with this goal
It only took a year and a half, but now I’ve got to maintain this weight and that’s a job in and of itself.
Hands down, two of the cool and most creative people I know are my brother, Keane Fine, and my friend, Zach Swee. Besides being incredible and loyal friends, they are fun and adventurous. Take for example their 24 hour trip down to the Dominic Republic on $20 plane tickets. Or their European backpack excursion. Or you might be intrigued by their Superior Human Being competition. Needless to say they are awesome people.
Anyways, they have both created videos for a contest by STA Travel for a world traveling summer internship. Take five minutes and learn about the two coolest people I know. Use the links to go straight to youtube and rate, comment and share the videos there.

It’s been several month since I’ve been eligible to give again, but I haven’t made an appointment.
I’ve got to get on that!
The Y I’m going to has Cybex machines. Just wondering how to decide what an appropriate weight to start at is and at what rate to increase?
I’ve been around 200 lbs since high school. It’s on the high end for my height, but good for my body type. Anyways, I have some health issues that make it extra important I stay at a healthy weight, and I’ve gotten away from that this past year. 233 is the most I’ve ever weighed, so I’ve got to fix that.
We got a membership to the YMCA and have a treadmill at home (I can walk, can’t run). Trying to exercise and eat an appropriate amount of food (that’s my problem I over eat).
The goal is to be 200 lbs by June 21st.
I’m gonna try my hand at this one more time.

I’ll find a better page or something sometime.
My wife and I, and my family have done about 10+ different loans already.
Do you want to count those? Or are these new?
This is for the more tech savvy folks. If you have a digg account please take a moment to hop over and digg my podcast:

They just opened the podcasting section and I figure if I get a couple digg’s more people we’ll actually see my podcast and have the chance to check it out.
We’ll see.
Thanks.

We’ve got a bin that supposedly holds 80 gallons. That should be enough for our household of 9.
GREAT!
I’ve decided to make the leap back to e-cards. I’ll choose one to give to everyone I know, but I’m gonna do e-cards.
First of all, it will be easier to do. Second, it will cost less. Third, I don’t have most people’s current address. So I’ll figure out how to get their address this year…
word.
