How I did it: The first time was when I went to Turkey by myself last year. I have never been totally confident with my body, so this wasn't easy for me. But when I went to Turkey, I figured noone knew me, so what did I care? And this year also, I spent 5 months in Italy and a lot of that time on the beach, and NOONE in Italy wears a one peice. How I did it: This was something I knew I wanted to do. For one, I am not an overly confidant person, so to do something like this would require a bit of bravery.
