How I did it
How I did it: I took a notebook I had lying around, and I labeled each page with the date for the course of my workout plan, except the first page. On the first page, I listed my weight and body measurements at the start.I wrote a motivational phrase on each page, like "Keep going!" or "Don't give up now!"I also cut out pictures from magazines of women with good bodies and put them throughout the notebook. to combine this with my ‘lose 10 pounds’ personal challenge, i decided that tomorrow cleaning my ENTIRE room COMPLETELY including doing all my laundry will count as my work out.
i hope that works :/
