I can do the right leg splits and my left leg isn’t far off but i am absolutly rubbish at box splits even though i do extra stretching each training session. It’s so annoying, does anyone know how to speed up getting into perfect splits.
(I need to get into all legged splits to compete in the inter-club champs which is next month :S)
