Okay, I’ve got my queue down to 18 DVDs. I’m sure I can shave a few more off of that. The plan is to finish this queue without adding any more movies and to cancel my subscription before being charged for the month of December. Sound like a plan?

How I did it: I've hated using Myspace for a long time, and can't remember when I once enjoyed having it. Cancelation is simple enough. Under the Account tab just follow the instructions to cancel your account and free yourself from Tom's clutches. Read how I did it…
How I did it: After acknowledging my Netflix problem it took me about a week to consider the pros and cons and ultimately persuade myself that canceling was the best option. I am currently reading;
In Defense of Food – Michael Pollan
The Selfish Gene – Richard Dawkins
Peter Pan – J.M. Barrie
The Jungle – Upton Sinclair
I will not begin any other books until these are finished.
Then I have approximately 20 more to deal with when the time comes.
At the beginning of my fourth year as a music major, I admitted that my progress toward a degree was not going very well. I have switched to the only other field that I am equally passionate about, French. Now I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! I only wish I had switched to French sooner. I have not given up on music, only given myself more time to practice and prepare for a degree (possibly masters) after my BA.
