Therefore I hunch when I’m on the computer to see better. Better posture, less laying on things and getting your white or ivory sleeves dirty..
You won’t lean on anything so you’ll get used to standing for long periods of time; I know I’ve tried it already.
Oh and I’m getting my glasses soon so I don’t have to lean in on the computer anymore. A more comfortable desk chair would help too..
I keep cutting it for one reason or another so I really have to keep working on this one. Haha.
I’ve lost 30 pounds and feel better about myself so I’m definitely feeling a tad more confident but not all the time so it still needs work.
We have to dance to some Salsa songs during Zumba class at the gym so I’m learning the basics, I suppose.
I worked out to belly dancing and that is how I learned.
Don’t get me wrong, I get things done. I just rather do other things like waste time online than actually do things I have to do so I guess stop procrastinating is going up. I can’t be lazy with two kids, how could that even be possible. ;)
I clean up the place more than usual. :)
It is actually very hard to get what we want. There are obstacles but I’m still going.
It took me half a year to start but I started in June/July and I haven’t had pork in a while. I don’t even eat it anymore, it’s been more than a month so yay me! I’ll keep it going. :)
I’m actually more confident now, not as much as Id like though. I do wear shorts now and wear sleeveless shirts from time to time.
I’m working hard on this since it’s more of a lifestyle change for me.
I have lost 4 pounds in January which isn’t much but I’m hoping to lose a lot more in February and I’ll just come back and update again at the end of the month. :)
It was awesome at first because I beat my bf on the first round but then he beat me on the second round haha.. doesn’t take much work to go bowling so what else can I say?
I’m struggling with this one! I know it’s not going to happen in one day but I have eaten pork in various occasions. I’ll keep working on it though, I did say it was a New Year’s resolution, not that it couldn’t be eaten all year, right? I know, that’s my excuse.
I have started doing this already. I think it’s time to complete my goals already. I saw a video on YouTube. This older lady was teaching how to walk in them due to a request, they always said to put your weight on your toes, she kept saying barbie toes. I didn’t get it till I tried it. The heels still hurt but that’s because I’m still fat but I’m getting the hang of it.
I know what I want from life, I know how to get it, I just don’t have the courage. :/
I’ve always been fat so it’s hard for my feet not to hurt after 2 hours, sometimes even less.
I’m working on loosing weight and hopefully I’ll learn how to walk properly in heels when I get to a healthy weight. =)
Always wondered how it would feel to get one.
I always thought it would turn me on.
Don’t think I have ever done this.
