How I did it: I always wanted to study abroad, so during my second year in college I visited the study abroad office, got a ton of information and started researching online. I found the University I wanted to attend, figured out how much money I would need, found a language program to take when I first arrived and went from there. Too expensive and unhealthy. Going cold turkey, bought my last sugar bag earlier today.
I have spent the last ten months in Montreal and I’m returning to California in two months. I’d like to make a nice scrapbook when I get back home to remember the amazing experience I’ve had here.
