Day 2

I feel pretty good about today. I’ll admit, I’m pretty tired but of course that comes along with a long day. I ate very well. Popcorn, 100 calorie snacks, stawberries at school. I came home and ate some boiled eggs and popcorn and my dinner. I had left over rice from last night with chicken and balsamic vinagrette dressing. I got a good workout today in the pool, so I’m satisified with today. I plan on doing cardio tomorrow and getting up a bit earlier than normal. After this blog, I’m going to say goodnight to my friends on Twitter and I’m going to relax and hopefully sleep in my bed.

Day Two!

So far, this morning I worked out, showered and am currently getting ready while writing this. So far, I had cereal and 1% milk. I’m also in the process of guzzling down some coffee and eating frozen strawberries (thawed of course.) I prefer the strawberries frozen only because they last longer. I brought some low fat cheddar popcorn with me to school and have a 100 cal. pack with me, also. I might bring the strawberries though, because I’m not a huge eater in the mornings. When I come home, I have 3 hardboiled eggs waiting for me, two of which I’ll only eat the whites. For dinner, I plan on having a shake and salad. I have pool today in school which means more workout time! Yay~ I feel pretty good about today, too. Let’s get to it! :D

Latter Part of Day One

So I think yesterday went pretty well. I didn’t get the chance to workout because I was just exhausted by the end of the day. Last night I ate some left over chicken I had the night before from an Italian resturant. I know you may have a red flag right now, thinking “Italian Resturant?!” But no! I ordered Grilled chicken and it came with brocolli florettes and sundried tomatoes. So I made up some white rice (we were out of brown) and cooked up the chicken, adding more tomatoes, a little sauce for flavor and more brocolli and some sauteed onions. (A very small amount of the onions.) Yesterday, when I came home I also made myself a salad with a few pieces of chicken some tomatoes and cucumbers and low fat balsamic vinagrette. So overall, I feel good about yesterday!
