So far I have lost 26 lbs. I want to eventually lose 70 more, which sounds like a lot at this point, so I’m focusing on smaller goals along the way. I am still following the Smart for Life rules, but I’ve started making my own whey protein cookies, which is much, much cheaper than buying the Smart for Life cookies. I used this recipe to make my own whey protein cookies which are about 100 calories a cookie. Hurray diet!
I have not reached my goal weight, but I have lost 20 lbs. I am eating healthier and have started a diet blog full of all of the low calorie recipes I have found and created. Yummy stuff.
