How I did it: I won a free facial at a raffle on the last cruise ship that I was on. My skin was crap because I'd left my dailycleanser at home and so hadn't been able to use it a few days. The facial felt good but didn't really show any difference, the shoulder massage was nice, and then she kept trying to sell me skin stuff afterward that I didn't need.
