How I did it
How I did it: I regret even taking Paxil in the first place, but after I forgot to take it for a few days and experienced something that was like a flu with weirdo electric shocks I knew I had to stop taking it. The side effects were absolutely unbearable. I gradually came down, saw a naturopath, got some testing done and took 5-HTP and L-tyrosine supplements.
