I’ve crossed the country three times in the past year and a half. Going South (I40), North (I90) and straight through the middle of the country (several different roads), you come to appreciate the magnitude of the country.

If you REALLY want to take a stellar road trip, be sure to soak in the sights along the way. The hours of monotonous driving all run together, but true memories are made at places like the Olive Pit in California, the Jolly Green Giant in Minnesota, the Corn Palace in North Dakota, and the quaint town of Meers in Oklahoma.

Suggestions for a trip? Bring some TUNES, stop for gas, try the jerky, and don’t pass up a rest stop if think you’ll hit the next one (yeah, in 300 miles).
