I think this is a great goal. Too often we can get caught up in life and forget the good things we have even in times where its remember the good things in our lives. I would like to live more positively and more appreciatively for the things I have been blessed with in my life _.

I used to be much better at being physically active than I have been over the past year or so. I would like to get back into some form of routine and exercise at the very least 2 times a week. I don’t actually have a specific routine, I used to run and do free weights from the home and also used to do laps at the university pool. I recently acquired an Eliptical machine which I am hoping will help out and I’m trying to get my housemates to join the Gym on campus so we can encourage each other to go there and all increase our health together. I feel acting on the need to get back into being more physically fit would be beneficial in all aspects of my life, particularly in reducing the stress of school and helping to focus and sleep better. I’ll start with a minimum of 2 times a week and hopefully do more some weeks!
