How I did it: I waited until i was really ready!I've always been a meateater, i like(d?) the taste. So, cold turkey (stupid pun...) was not an option for me.This was my strategy: i kept eating meat, but i forced myself to see the animal i was eating. The other thing i did, was to find as much information as possible about the meatindustry, preferably with pictures or videos. If you see how these animals are treated it is easier to stop eating them! And … Read how I did it…
For the last couple of weeks i went to the gym diligently. I’m still no big fan of sports, but i don’t hate it either. I’m feeling healthy and quite content. I think i will put this thing-to-do into the i’ve-done-it section. That way i’ll have to keep it up!
This week i have been exercising, but the eating less part is not going too well. So, i’m proud of myself and not so proud of myself. Idiotic feeling, how can i feel this at the same time?
