This is such a mystery to me… What makes me who I am? I could tell you some of my likes and dislikes… where I was born, what my name is. Does this equal who I am? I don’t know. I don’t think so, though. I just don’t feel right in my own skin. I still don’t feel any closer to the person I see in the mirror. It… freaks me out.

How I did it: When I went abroad on Semester At Sea, a tradition they have is shaving your head on Neptune Day, the day you cross the equator for the first time. So, I did it! My hair was past my shoulders, so it was a huge difference! It was a hard decision to make... all those pictures would have really short hair. But it was a once in a lifetime thing. It was also sooo easy to care for. I'm glad I did it. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I haven't been on 43things in a while, and I've actually ridden a train a couple times since I last was here. The first two times were in India when I was studying abroad, and it was... interesting. My friends and I purchased the tickets online in advance. We got there early and figured out which train to take and found our seats. We ended up sitting next to this Indian family that fed us sweets from Kolcutta! It was great. On the way back… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I dedicated a Thursday, Friday, and Saturday to the task, but took longer than that to prepare. You have to get advertising out to get people at your sale! For that reason, you'll want at least a week to get an ad in the paper in addition to putting out signs from a main road to direct people to your house. To prepare for all the stuff, I set out folding tables, put up a wooden rod to hang clothes, and had help to move the big pieces of fu… Read how I did it…

I need to put myself out there more! I’ve been super-shy lately… I need to attend events and join new groups. Lol, that’s a vague plan.
Procrastination is definitely one of my major flaws… Avoiding anything that stresses me out is a horrible way of coping. I will start taking steps to stop this bad habit, though… I’m really trying to get in the habit of making a list at the beginning of each day and trying to get stuff done.
