How I did it: I forbade myself from eating anything that wasn't prepared in my own kitchen for a whole month and found that by the end of that time, I didn't want to eat junk any more. I will definitely keep this up. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I got a cleaner - best money I ever spent. She does a couple of hours a week and my quality of life has improved dramatically. I come home mid week, tired from work and my house is all clean and perfect. It's such a boost, a time-saver that allows me to enjoy my weekends and not feel guilty. Only wish I'd got one sooner!
