Own a cat
They're like little people. 2 years ago

Really, they are.

They have their own opinions. They come and go as they please. They have varying moods.

Cats are wonderful pets and companions. They’re intelligent and quite self-sufficient, but also loving and grateful to you. They give you space, but can also be very affectionate. They’re extremely clean and aren’t too much work, and you can keep a cat as comfortably in a small apartment as you can in a large house.

And of course they’re adorable to boot.

Don't do it for the money. 2 years ago

You can’t go in expecting to win big—if you get third place, they’ll give you $1,000, just enough to cover airfare and hotel.

Do it for the experience. The lights. The excitement. The chance to see what Alex Trebek is really like when the cameras stop rolling (he’s much less serious than he appears on TV—in fact, he’s a total cut-up).
