I told myself if I could do this for three weeks, maybe it’ll become a habit. So, Monday, 30 min on the treadmill. Tuesday, a spinning class. Wednesday, yoga and another spinning class. Today, a 1 hour walk on the beach. Woohoo!

I just started using it last night, and I already like it. It’s especially useful if you’re using multiple computers, even more so if you’re working on research and need to be able to access your sources from different places. I like it!

So, I went to the gym today. First time since the new one opened in April. It’s nice, I have to admit, and after just walking 30 minutes, I actually feel like I accomplished something today. It was pretty good. Tomorrow, I’m going to try taking a cycling class. Wish me luck!
