How I did it: I weighed myself every morning, religiously! It was interesting to see just how much I fluctuated throughout the day. I get weighed early in the morning at MEPS and so its a relief to see just how much less I weigh. It makes me feel good and spurs me on to continue. Best advice, take a real good look at foods that cause water gain... and DON'T FORGET THE WATER!!! I go to boot camp tomorrow, wish me luck! Read how I did it…
Only about 2 more good weeks till Boot Camp! I really gotta put my nose to the grindstone! It’s greens and chicken and chicken and greens for me and no coffee! This is gonna be tough! Wish me luck. I’ve got about 6 good pounds to lose…is this possible in 2 weeks? I really hope so….
I always try to picture my geriatric-self saying “Believe me hun, it won’t matter when you get to my age! So, in the mean time, move on and do something I want to tell me grandkids about! K?”
