I am slender but I ate an entire box of chocolates this morning along with a toblerone. the only healthy thing i’ve eaten is some strawberries. I think the only thing keeping myself at a healthy weight is that I exercise like crazy (on average 3-4 hours a day) but I’d really like to start eating healthy not to loose weight but to feel better. I find when I eat chocolate so much I’m always either on edge or really sluggish(after the sugar-rush has worn off). My biggest problem is that where I live currently there is TONS of chocolate everywhere and not too much healthy food. I don’t know what to do but I really want to achieve this goal.

How I did it
How I did it: I have this old DDR (dance dance revolution) game sitting downstairs. I used to be obsessed with it and I would play on it for hours. Normally whenever I was bored I would go on facebook, but instead I decided that I would start using my DDR game again. It can actually burn up to 700 calories in 2 hours and it's extremely engaging and fun. I now use it for 3-4 hours each day and I'm glad that I found a fun way to exercise. Read how I did it…
