I think I’ve already done fast forward without noticing it much. Sometimes, listening to the clock in class, the tick seems to pick up for a couple of seconds. I’m not sure if I have the natural ability for it yet, but I definitely want to try :)

How I did it: In order to bring the rain, you must visualize. Hear the wind pick up, the leaves rustling in trees, see the dark grey clouds coming towards you, and see the sunlight being replaced with gray shadows. I also recommend visualizing all this while listening to music that reminds you of the rain (enya does this for me). Now this takes energy and time, and it may take days for it to rain. Don't give up though, and it may come. Read how I did it…

That would certainly be fun to hypnotize someone. It could also be very beneficial for getting ungrounded at times and making my math teacher change my grade to an A. ;P
I love flying, I dream about it a lot too. I wish I could do that, soar through the midnight sky, feel the clouds brushing against my wings as a surge of ecstasy runs through my veins. Fly away from my world and journey into a new one. A dragon is what I wish to be. I used to think I played with dragon spirits when I was younger, and now I wonder if they really were dragon spirits. I know dragons are real too, I’ve seen one once, but it was a quick flash. I was outside one day (I was 6) and was playing around with the wind, making small breezes, and I looked up at the sky. A young, red european dragon(approximately 10 ft long)appeared in an instant and disappeared in the same amount of time. It was amazing and I’ll never forget it. I learned that day they are hiding among us so easily is because they have the gift of invisibility. And I wish to be invisible with them too. If anyone has any idea how to become one, please tell me.
