I’m giving myself a little more variety for my daily scriptural meditation. The Bible is great (especially the Psalms), but I am also adding my Hogan trans. of the Tao on a more regular basis, as well as the Bhagavad Gita, which I Mooched from a reader in England.
Never hurts to look at something from all sides. grins

My paper journal was becoming a list of who, what, where, when. Nothing deep, nothing truly personal. With the help of a small list I found online, I’m changing the entries to be more about my internal life, as well as what goes on outside (and how it affects me). I’m letting myself get my emotions out on paper, clear out old problems, and heal old wounds.

This has been working very well to keep me focused on the good things in my life. I’m using a little notebook someone gave me as a gift that says “Dream” on it.
